I'm Ian Brigs B. Luis, an AI Automation Builder and Technical VA based in the Philippines. I build practical systems for lead management, customer support, CRM operations, internal notifications, and AI-assisted workflows.
From Healthcare to Automation
My background is in healthcare and medical billing operations — work that demands process accuracy, careful documentation, privacy awareness, and structured handling of sensitive information. I now apply that same operational discipline to automation: every system I build treats logging, error handling, and data boundaries as first-class requirements, not afterthoughts.
How I Build
I favor a practical first version over a speculative full system. I map a workflow before I automate it, keep AI-generated actions behind a human review step by default, and document the logic so it doesn't depend on me being in the room. Safe testing — draft-only modes, disabled send nodes, real but non-production data — comes before anything touches a live customer.
Tools I Work With
n8n and GoHighLevel are where most of my automation work lives, connected through APIs and webhooks to Supabase, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, and Shopify. For AI-assisted steps I work with Claude, OpenAI models, and Groq — always constrained to drafting and classification, never to unreviewed external actions.
What I'm Looking For
I'm interested in long-term automation work: not a one-off workflow, but an ongoing relationship where systems get audited, documented, and improved as a business's operations change.
