Problem

A small painting company needs a consistent way to capture leads, identify priority requests, prevent duplicate handling, notify the team, track quotes, and follow up.

System Design

An n8n workflow that validates and normalizes incoming leads, checks for duplicates, runs AI-assisted triage with a rule-based fallback, tracks each lead, and prepares (but does not auto-send) team alerts and quote follow-ups.
